Full-Time Skilled Construction Laborer

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the site superintendent with all items needed.
Assist in providing field management support for all subcontractors on site.
Assist with general construction site cleanup and maintenance
Contribute to erosion control measures
Assist with all site tasks
Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate closely with the construction team to ensure project timelines are met

Assist with site preparation and ensuring proper material placement.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Support the team in tasks related to basic construction as needed.

Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project timelines are met.
Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience as a construction laborer or in a similar role is preferred
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
Strong team player with the ability to follow instructions and work effectively with others
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

40 hours per week
Compensation:
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
