Compensation:
Salary range between $21.00 - $23.00 hourly – may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the individual and the company’s performance.
Compensation will be determined by a number of factors including educational background and experience.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing all tasting room orders for shipment, tracking invoices and tracking numbers, receiving shipments, packing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with bottle etching when required.
What You’ll Do:
Prepares all distributor and internal orders that need to be shipped.
Maintains accurate warehouse inventory.
Receives incoming shipments.
Safely operates forklift to move inventory.
Tracks and replenishes inventory.
Loads and stages all production supplies including glass pallets, case goods, corks, labels, capsules, etc.
Conducts operations in a manner, which promotes safety and is in accordance with OSHA Standards.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
3+ years of relevant warehouse experience.
Forklift certification required.
Inventory management experience.
Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Knowledge of maintenance within a maintenance, manufacturing, and/or distribution environment.
Knowledge of all equipment operation and energy sources related to safe lockout.
Ability to maintain a professional and courteous relationship with employees, guests, vendors, etc.
