The firm seeks a part time or full time legal assistant/secretary with at least 3-5 years experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to support cases in litigation, maintain files, maintain the firm’s litigation calendaring system, and work with clients in gathering documents and preparing discovery responses. The position requires familiarity with California and federal court filing (and e-filing) procedures and rules of civil procedure. Spanish speaking ability is a plus.
