Looking for candidates who have experience drafting civil law motion and orders for local law firm. Must have prior experience in California civil law.
Applicable candidate will have at minimum a J.D. and 2-4 years of experience drafting motions and pleadings for law firms.
License to practice law preferred but not mandatory.
