Small workers' compensation applicant firm looking for a legal assistant or case manager. Part time or full time depending on experience.
Familiarity with the workers' compensation system is preferred but not required - this may include knowledge of WCAB, EAMS, AME/PQME process, filing petitions/liens/applications/objections.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
