Marketing Specialist
The ideal candidate will create and implement advertising and promotion campaigns, handle branding, positioning, product literature, and documentation for the company. We are seeking a highly motivated team player comfortable in a fast-paced, small company environment. We are a rapidly growing and successful printer manufacturing company that sells products worldwide. The candidate should be highly organized and have excellent communication and computer skills. Experience w/ desktop publishing and graphic design software highly desired. This position will cover a wide range of duties, from clerical and data entry, however the overall focus should be marketing activities such as trade show planning and revisions of marketing collateral. Occasional travel.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the company’s marketing schedules and programs
Communicate and coordinate with other departments as needed
Implement now product release campaigns
Create and distribution of new literature
Work with all vendors related to marketing projects
Research competitors as directed
Salesforce database management
Manage company’s social media presence
Manage database
Manage various marketing campaigns (email, web, print, mailer, etc)
Tradeshow management- arrange ship booths as needed.

Ability to work in a fast pace, multitasking environment
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and basic HTML/ graphic design
Very organized and detail oriented
Excellent proof reader
Excellent computer skills with MS Office and other graphics programs
Good database management skills
Good command of the English language
Very familiar with Internet marketing and website SEO practices
Applicants should be from the Marketing/Business or Language fields, with 3 years of experience on the Web and a solid understanding of social media.
Domestic travel up to 30% as needed
