Base Salary + Commission + Paid Weekly | Camarillo, CA | M–F 7AM–3PM

We’re looking for a confident, coachable sales closer with the instinct to connect, the skill to sell, and the desire to earn real income—fast. You’ll be speaking directly to business buyers at retail stores whose job it is to purchase, and if you know how to work a pitch and close, this is your platform to shine.
✅ $17/hour base pay – NOT a draw
✅ 10% commission on all sales over $10,000/month
✅ Minimum sales goal: $2,500 per week – reachable with just a few solid calls a day
✅ Weekly paycheck every Friday
✅ No weekends – Monday–Friday only
✅ On-site in Camarillo, CA (no remote)
What You’re Selling:
This isn’t cold calling selling junk. You’ll be offering OUR PATENTED unique, industrial-grade, construction-related hand tools used every day by Contractors, Plumbers, HVAC Techs, and DIY customers across the country right now. These are essential products—not gimmicks—and what makes them stand out is that they’re also custom logo imprinted with their company's name, address, and phone number on the products make them advertising products as well.
That means every sale doubles as a marketing tool—our products move at the counter, at the register, and also make great giveaways at trade shows, customer thank-yous, and special promotions.
We’ve been doing this since 1989, and we already have over 25,000 loyal retail business customers.
You’ll be given access to many of these existing businesses to call and sell. These will become your exclusive customers if you sell them, and you earn full commission on reorders for as long as you work here.
We are also approved vendors for major well know national chains across the country, as well as wholesale buying groups that supply thousands of retail hardware stores, home centers, and lumber yards. So you will have instant credibility when we call.
And yes—there’s no cap on commissions. The more you sell, the more you earn.
