We are looking for someone with working knowledge of:
Adobe Creative Cloud apps on the Mac
Lightroom
Excel
Printing and/or photography
Onyx software
Wordpress
A.I.
Website design
You must be:
Organized
Self-starter
Able to meet strict timelines
Be able to communicate with clients via email, phone and in-person
Primary duties will be:
Intake, setup (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and distribution of digital files
This is NOT primarily a design position - it's making sure received files are correct and troubleshooting any problems with received files, though some clients do request design assistance.
Scheduling installation of graphics around the country.
Communicating all aspects and status of jobs to originator and installers.
Invoicing jobs after completion (no collections)
Secondary duties will be:
Answering phones
Helping customers at front counter periodically
Helping out finishing and shipping departments as needed (with larger jobs)
The position is full time (40 hours a week) with 401k, and benefit options. Wages start at 25-27 dollars an hour (plus quarterly bonuses and) depending on experience.
