The Role: Robotic Application Engineer
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced welder to join our team working with customers that buy our Blaze robotic welding systems.

The specific duties include:
Develop optimal weld parameters for a wide variety of welding applications and parts
Help customers troubleshoot and optimize welds both at customer's site and in our Carpinteria factory.
Field install our Blaze robotics welding systems, including training customers and helping them set up production.
Install and train on both our MIG, and LASER welding systems.
We understand that Laser welding is new and the ideal candidate does not need Laser welding experience, We will train you.
We understand that the ideal candidate may not have robotic welding experience. We will train you.
Travel widely in the USA
Weld customer specific samples in our Carpinteria factory.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 4 years MIG and TIG continuous welding experience
Other Job Details:
Travel required, minimum 50%
Intermittent: Could be 100% for stretches, then no travel for stretches
