Looking for a MIG Welder for long term employment in a Manufacturing plant

Responsibilities
Hang sheet metal onto the paint line, inspect the paint for imperfections, apply foam strips, and manage the process until the pallet is full.
Grind metal to either prepare material or finish grind.
Assemble small parts and accessories, such as installing glass and door handles on sheet metal.
Essential Skills
Experience in production environments.
Proficiency in using tools, grinding, painting, and general labor tasks.
Skilled in MIG welding and blueprint reading.
Experience with power tools and general labor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
MUST Have minimum of 1 year MIG Welding Exp
Demonstrated production experience with good durations.
