Fabricmate is located in Ventura, California and we are looking for a production line technician with machine operating experience. The ideal candidate will have mechanical skills, running production equipment and handling inventory including picking, boxing, crating, and palletizing for ready-to-ship. Basic requirements:
- Set up production equipment following the operational guidelines.
- Be the operator of the machines to perform the required tasks.
- Strong ability to operate, adjust, maintain, and change parts as needed on fast-paced specialty coating equipment
- Read and comprehend sales orders, pick lists, drawings, hardware templates, and product catalogs.
- Relevant experience and ability to set up and safely operate shop equipment, especially good with hand tools both wood and mechanic is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, Quality Control, and ability to grasp company product knowledge is essential
- Regularly required to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch to work with the machine and products.
- Must be able to regularly lift and /or move up to 60 pounds.
- Willingness to take on any other assignments requested by the management.

- Willingness to work 5 days a week

Compensation:
Pay: $18 - $22.00 per hour/ DOE
