Overview: As an Electronics Troubleshooting Technician Level 3, you will be a seasoned expert in diagnosing and resolving complex electronic issues. This role requires a high level of expertise, leadership, and the ability to independently handle intricate troubleshooting tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently and expertly diagnose and resolve complex electronic system malfunctions using advanced testing equipment, diagnostic tools, and schematics.
Develop innovative solutions to intricate electronic challenges, ensuring systems operate at peak efficiency.
Engage in research and development activities to stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Contribute insights to the development of new troubleshooting methodologies and technologies.
Provide leadership within the troubleshooting team, offering guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
Collaborate with management to develop training programs and enhance the technical capabilities of the team.
Lead initiatives to optimize the troubleshooting and repair workflow, improving efficiency and reducing turnaround times.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and quality control measures.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements in all troubleshooting and repair activities.
Implement rigorous quality assurance measures to maintain the highest standards of performance.
Oversee the documentation process, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records of troubleshooting processes, repairs performed, and solutions implemented.
Review and approve technical reports prepared by the team.
Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on electronic system designs and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Participate in design reviews and offer insights to enhance the reliability and maintainability of electronic systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in advanced electronics troubleshooting and repair.
Expertise in using advanced testing equipment and diagnostic tools. In-depth knowledge of electronic circuits and systems.
Proven leadership abilities with experience in guiding and mentoring junior technicians.
Ability to think innovatively and develop creative solutions to complex electronic issues.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
