About Us:
We are a Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) serving foster youth females ages 12–17. Our program provides a safe, structured, and trauma-informed environment where youth can heal, build skills, and work toward stability.
Position Overview:
MHRS staff provide direct care and support to youth, ensuring safety, engagement, and progress toward treatment goals. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, modeling positive behaviors, supporting life skills, and assisting with behavioral plans.
Qualifications:
Experience in residential, mental health, or youth services preferred
Understanding of trauma-informed care
Must pass DOJ/FBI background check and have a valid driver’s license
Reliable, compassionate, and professional
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities
Pay: $23–$25/hour (depending on experience/education)
