Reputable Finish Carpentry and Design company seeks experienced Account Manager for immediate hire! This position is for full-time work for the right candidates. We are looking for self-starters and team players who can work alongside our office staff!

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; one day per month 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM for monthly company meetings
Salary: $28/hr + DOE
Responsibilities
Track project billing due dates and send invoices accordingly
Request preliminary notice info from clients as needed
Submit COIs for projects as needed
Prepare and send preliminary notices for each new project
Review contracts for new projects
Manage insurance renewals (GL, WC, Auto, Excess, EPLI, health)
Send monthly billing statements at the beginning of each month
Collections calls and emails
Sign and send unconditional lien waivers when payments are received
Keep Schedule of Values for each project updated
Send Intents to lien and file liens when necessary
Prep reports for monthly accounting meetings
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
PC literacy (MS Office, Excel in particular & Google products)
2-5 years of work experience in construction billing/receivables
Excellent organizational skills and Attention to Detail
General knowledge of how to use QuickBooks
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
