Quality Heating and air conditioning company is looking for an experienced, dependable, responsible, hands on, individual for a full time position M-F.
MUST HAVE LEAGAL DOCUMENTS and CA DRIVER LICENSE
Be able to articulate well both on the telephone and electronically, must have the ability to multi-task and pay attention to details, organized and clean.
Job includes but not limited to:
-Answering phone calls
-Schedule Jobs
-Typing, Filing, e-mailing and General Office tasks
- to have QuickBooks, Bi-lingual(a plus, but not needed)
