Simi Valley law firm has an opening for a full-time (8:30 – 5:00) Administrative Assistant. This is an in-office position. Must be proficient with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Adobe; have working knowledge of QuickBooks and must type at least 50 wpm. Prior office experience a plus.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Answering phones, sending and responding to emails, assisting clients, routing calls to the appropriate person.
Support the Office Administrator with a variety of administrative tasks and duties.
Document scanning, saving, routing as needed.
Accurate data entry.
Qualifications:
