Gold Coast Permitting is a fast-growing pre-construction firm focused on permitting in Southern California. We're looking for a sharp, driven administrative assistant who’s ready to grow into a project management role.
Key Responsibilities:
Submit permit applications to local agencies
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and consultants
Track and intake new projects
Handle email and phone correspondence
Assist in scheduling and site visits
Who We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Self-starter with initiative and accountability
Comfortable with emails, calls, and learning new tools
Scheduling:
The work schedule is flexible, offering part time at first and ideally expanding into full time over the next few months. Occasional remote work can be acceptable with proper heads up and scheduling.
Ideally applicants are either:
A recent or soon to be college graduate eager to learn
Or a high school graduate with some experience/exposure in construction, sales, or project coordination
