We are looking for a bilingual (english/spanish) office assistant to help manager our small family owned construction business. Job duties will include: computer work, errands, timecards, keeping records, filing, light bookkeeping, among many other things! Must be proficient in microsoft office (word/excel), and know or have an idea of dropbox, and onedrive. Job duties will change from day to day as we are BUSY! Must have own transporation and we will pay gas for errands if a vehicle of ours is not available. Must be 25+ years old to be able to drive on our insurance. Will start off at part-time, with potential to change to full time. Would be great for someone in college looking to work a few hours a day. Reliability is a must.
