Non-profit organization is seeking entry level Call Center Representatives that will assist members of the community with referral services. Full time shifts are available with start times between 9:00am - 11:30am.
Responsibilities include:
Help each contact identify their health and human service needs.
Use multiple programs and databases for resource searches, information collection and application assistance.
Work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Extended hours as needed in times of disaster in any county served.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish
Comfortable handling difficult and sensitive calls
