Looking for someone with good communication and customer service skills to work the front office at the shelter. Bilingual English-Spanish preferred. Manage incoming calls and emails, greet visitors, assist with inquiries and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member. Assist with scheduling appointments for veterinary care and other services.
We need someone who is computer literate and can adapt to a sometimes very fast-paced office. Looking for a team player; someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty when the desk is slow -there is always plenty else to do. Must be able to take direction and cooperate with other staff members.
