Donnelly innovations has been servicing the Ventura, Los Angeles, & Santa Barbara counties for over 35 years. We are a general contractor who delivers high-quality construction with professional and personalized service and supervision. Our company primarily works in the high-end residential market where we perform remodels and ground-up builds in the Malibu area. Although residential is our bread and butter, we are also available for select commercial projects. We pride ourselves on the quality of our craftsmanship and leadership skills our management team provides at every job. Our team is unique in that every employee is crossed trained to know enough about each trade to get the job done. We also hire and manage subcontractors for select projects that require additional manpower. Our president believes in being involved in every job, which means boots on the ground every day to give each of our projects the attention it deserves.

Current Job Opportunities:

Position Title: Office Assistant

Type: Full-Time Only

Pay/Rate: $18-$32/hr Depending on Experience

Health/401K: NO

Vacation/Sick Time: Yes

Typical Work Week: Mon-Fri 7AM - 330PM

Duties:

-Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing construction projects

-Assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for the weekly project meetings.

-Deliver and pick up business related correspondence in the immediate geographic area

-Work with project managers and administrative team to translate and correspond business related information.

-Create and process project invoices and budget sheets.

-Collect time cards from employees

-File all documents electronically and hard copy.

Requirements:

-Must have a Valid CA drivers license.

-Must have a reliable means of commuting to Malibu.

-Must have great understanding of Microsoft Suite (Word,Excel,PowerPoint).

-Must have a great understanding of Email, internet purchasing, etc.

-Must have a great understanding of setting up phone conference calls on cell phone and computer.

-Must have great understanding of scheduling.

-Must be Punctual and willing to learn.

-Must have Customer Service experience.

-Must be Detailed Oriented.

-Prior Experience not required but desired.

-Prior Construction knowledge NOT necessary.
