We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for catching confetti:
- tracking inbound inventory shipments
- invoicing customers
- some light data entry
- completing a weekly punchlist of to-do items.
- Looking for a strong background in completing administrative tasks with an high degree of attention to detail
- MS Office experience
- Google Docs
- Tech savvy
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, set priorities and re-adjust as needed.
Flexible, Adaptable, intelligent

1. This can be a 20-40 hour per week position
2. Have kids? We can be flexible
3. We are open to a 4 day work week if we accomplish the goals for the week
