Local manufacturing company is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to support the Sales Department.
Monday-Friday 9:00am-1:00pm
$23.00-$28.00/hour
Responsibilities:
Assist in generating quotes and maintains tracking database.
Assist in tasks in proposal generation.
Copy, distribute, fax and file customer related info.
Maintain filing system for all Sales and Marketing info.
Inventory/order office supplies for Sales Department.
Handle department mail distribution both inbound and outbound.
Provide Return Materials Authorization (RMA) support to Sales Admin Supervisor.
Provide administrative support to the Sales Department.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an administrative or sales role
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills
