This is a part-time, in-person role based in Thousand Oaks, CA. You’ll be working directly with me (the founder) and helping across the board—from email and task management to social media, vendor outreach, and creative planning. It’s entry-level, but there’s a lot to learn if you want it.

You’ll Be Helping With:
Managing my calendar, emails, and to-do list
Following up with clients, distributors, and collaborators
Assisting with product launches and vendor coordination
Keeping social media and marketing efforts organized
Helping plan for upcoming events and product drops
Occasional errands or personal tasks
Staying on top of the random things that come up when running multiple businesses
⸻
You’ll Need To Be:
Organized and dependable
A clear communicator
Good with Google Workspace, Canva, and ideally some AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
Able to work in-person in Thousand Oaks when I’m in the office (you’ll have your own space)
Comfortable jumping into different types of work—product, logistics, creative
Interested in learning how real businesses are built from the ground up

Details:
Part-time (10–20 hrs/week)
