Camarillo Office Looking for a Skilled Bilingual Receptionist to run the day-to-day operations of a small but busy Businesss Consulting and Tax office.
Candidate must be Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook email,
Effective listener, written and Organizational Skills,
WORK DESCRIPTION:
Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
Answer phones, call, and schedule client appointments
Facilitate and maintain office correspondence.
Monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessary.
Design and implement filing systems; monitor clerical functions.
Provide support on other tasks as needed.
Required Experience:
- 2+years experience
- Ability to communicate effectively (both Written and verbally)
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Ability to prioritize and adapt
- Excellent customer service, personable
- Able to use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases;
- Excellent client service orientation with an ability to handle pressure in a positive manner.
