What You’ll Do
Coordinate and schedule service calls, inspections, and work orders for existing clients.
Communicate daily with technicians, management, and clients to ensure each job is handled efficiently and on time.
Track work orders in our scheduling software, update records, and close out completed requests.
Prepare accurate reports and handle related administrative tasks to keep the department on track.
Support the service team by anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping everyone informed.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of office or administrative experience (scheduling experience is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal.
A positive, “can-do” attitude and the flexibility to adapt as priorities shift.
Comfortable working independently while being a collaborative team player.
