Pay: $18/hr
We are seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Scheduler. You will create daily routes, assign drivers and vehicles, and coordinate special routes as needs arise. You will also oversee maintenance scheduling for our internal fleet to keep vehicles compliant and road-ready.
What you’ll do
Build and adjust daily routes for recurring and special trips
Assign drivers and vehicles according to capacity, timing, and service needs
Monitor schedules and update assignments as changes occur throughout the day
Coordinate and track vehicle maintenance scheduling for the fleet
Communicate clearly with drivers, dispatch, and management
What you’ll bring
Experience in transportation scheduling or dispatch preferred
Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Comfort with computers and routing/scheduling tools
Clear communication and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent
