Mission Hill Management is seeking a personable and responsible assistant property manager / leasing agent for our Ventura Location to work closely with the property manager and the owners of the property.
Job Description / Responsibilities
⢠Greeting prospective tenants and showing vacant units
⢠Answering phone calls and emails
⢠Completing guest cards and follow up
⢠Handling day to day tenant issues
⢠Complete market studies
⢠Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
⢠Draft lease documents for signatures
⢠Move in and move out inspections
⢠Verifying and qualifying applicants
⢠Completing daily work orders
⢠Weekly reports
⢠Help schedule vendors
⢠Posting notices
⢠Preparing property newsletters
⢠Assist in rent collection and bank deposits
Qualifications:
⢠Knowledge of Yardi, a property management software
⢠Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
⢠Highly organized
⢠2-4 years Assistant property management experience / leasing agent
⢠High school diploma or equivalent
⢠Knowledge of property related maintenance issues
⢠Valid CA Driverâs license/ auto insurance
⢠Pre employment drug testing
