Lake Casitas Park Store is a General Store located in beautiful Lake Casitas (near Oak View,
Meiner's Oaks and Ojai).
Candidate must be able to work ALL weekends (Friday-Sunday) including ALL Holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day). Occasional weekdays may be required. Approximately 18-24 hours per week (even more if it's
the right fit).
This is a SEASONAL (SUMMER) Position, approximately from MAY to AUGUST. Perfect summer job for students or teachers!
We're looking for someone with EXCELLENT work habits.
MUST be proactive, a Hard Worker, reliable, a team player and great with customers.
Must be willing to get dirty as well: duties will include stocking, cleaning (inside/outside of the
store and bathrooms), unloading merchandise, organizing, dispensing propane, cashiering, and making SNOW CONES.
Some heavy lifting will be required, must be able to get up and down ladders safely. All employees are on their feet for multiple hours at a time during the summer.
Candidate must be able to receive instructions and constructive criticism.
It's a small business so candidate must help with everything. We take pride in our store so we
expect the same from our team.
NOTE: Understand that the Park Store is inside the lake so all of our customers are generally in a
great mood. Since they are on vacation camping or enjoying the lake for the day, they are relaxed
and having fun. Therefore, this makes for a fun, enjoyable work environment.
