Now hiring for our Industrial Supply and Hydraulic Store in Ventura.
This is a full-time, permanent position that will start immediately. Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Must be prompt, hard working, reliable, honest, have a positive attitude, and be very eager to learn.
Must have great attention to detail. Must be very accurate with all aspects of the job.
Correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation is important.
Must not be afraid to get your hands dirty.
Duties include; but not limited to:
Help walk-in customers with their hose and fittings needs.
Answer/make phone calls to help customers and vendors with their inquiries.
Make hydraulic hose assemblies, etc. You will break a sweat and get dirty here.
Must be physically able to lift and handle heavy hoses.
Will be trained in selecting the correct hose ends for the hose used for several applications.
Preparing invoices and accepting payments.
Running errands and picking up parts.
Receiving orders and accurately checking them against the purchase orders, some excel and word documents, checking emails etc.
This can lead to store manager for the right candidate.
