Seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual for employment in a fast-paced Managed IT Services environment. Applicant should have a solid understanding of new technology, virtualization, networking, Windows/Linux servers, infrastructure management, etc. Previous experience in managed services environment is a major plus. We are seeking applicants for immediate full-time employment.

Essential Job Duties:

- Provide accurate and concise documentation on all aspects of work performed

- Troubleshoot and resolve network, internet, and wireless connectivity issues

- Monitor overall system stability and performance of workstations and servers

- Provide proactive monitoring/maintenance of managed workstations, servers, and network equipment

- Install/maintain operating system and application patches/security updates

- Remote monitoring and alert resolution

- Perform website and email migrations

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years previous IT experience

- Knowledge in configuration, management, and maintenance of Windows Server 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016

- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DFS

- Experience with Exchange Server 2010, 2013, 2016

- Experience with SQL Server 2008 R2 and newer

- In-depth knowledge of Windows Desktop OS 7, 8, 10

- Experience with Office365 Suite

- Experience with VMware vSphere, Horizon

- Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures

- Ability to pay attention to detail and follow instructions at all times

- Ability to troubleshoot problems, and not afraid to ask questions or make suggestions

- A willingness to learn and seek additional training

- Have a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

- Available to travel / leave home for multiple days if required

- Capable of lifting up to 70lbs

- Work well on a team and as an individual

- Have great customer service and phone skills

- Social skills to solve problems & create an enthusiastic atmosphere for clients and coworkers

- Flexibility in work schedule and be able to participate in 'on-call' rotation duties
