Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Support laboratory initiatives, such as:
Operation of small-scale laboratory equipment
Production of micropowders per defined specifications
Data collection
Quality, yields and throughput improvement
Prepare product for domestic and international shipment as needed
Perform other related tasks per business needs
Technical Requirements:
Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organizational skills, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, computer skills; familiarity with general lab and manufacturing practices.
Will train the right person.
