Ecommerce Sales Rep
Part-time, Moorpark, CA
Flexible hours in the office- Approximately 20 hours per week

As the Ecommerce Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales team by handling day-to-day administrative tasks and helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with outside sales reps and online retailers to keep data organized, records accurate, and orders moving through our system. This part-time role is a great opportunity to be part of a stable, growing company while building your experience in ecommerce and working with teams across the organization.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement effective e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales and brand visibility.
Create, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.
Analyze sales data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement or growth.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure product availability across ecommerce platforms.
Collaborate with supply chain and fulfillment teams to support timely and accurate order processing.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve order or product-related issues with professionalism.
Support the development of marketing materials, product descriptions, and promotional content.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
1 or more years of experience in Ecommerce Sales support, administrative, or customer service role; experience in a
manufacturing, distribution, or retail environment is preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems, such as NetSuite, especially in a manufacturing setting, is preferred.
Experience with NetSuite Connector and Amazon FBA is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email for reporting and communication.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inefficiencies and support process improvements.
Results-driven with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to create, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify patterns and trends.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams.
