About the Job

We are looking to expand our award-winning Affiliate team with a combination support and sales position. The person will report to the Senior Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented and maintains professionalism in an office environment. He/She is self-motivated and works well both independently and within a team. As part of the role, he/she will be tracking sales progress and learning the nuances of our program and the industry. The position is full-time, during regular business hours, and in-house at our Westlake Village office.

This position does not directly involve working around such explicit material on a regular basis, but employees will likely notice content on a colleague's screen or communicate with representatives in the adult entertainment industry. Duties & Responsibilities

- Learn VSM affiliate business (training to be provided).

- Prospect and recruit new affiliates and report on sales progress.

- Analyze key performance metrics and present them in a clear and concise manner.

- Grow existing affiliate accounts, as well as onboard new business.

- Strive to increase affiliate revenue on a monthly basis.

- Effectively communicate with internal teams to convey challenges and concerns related to affiliate accounts.

- Assist our affiliates via phone, email and Skype.

Skill Requirements & Relevant Experience

- Sales experience is required.

- Quick, accurate typing abilities.

- Strong verbal and writing communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and other Office programs.

- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Able to work independently.

- Account management and customer service experience are a plus.

Compensation includes hourly pay and company-wide incentive bonus plan (after one year of employment). Full benefits package includes health/dental/vision and an attractive 401k plan.
