Your Role on the Fast Track:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you're the engine of our sales force, driving forward with ambition, engaging with precision, and closing with efficiency. Your role is pivotal, your impact significant, and your potential limitless.
Key Responsibilities:
Making a minimum of 100 proactive calls a day to potential and existing customers, igniting interest and sparking sales opportunities.
Showcasing our impressive lineup of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits that meet the customer's needs and desires.
Conducting test drives, providing a memorable and informative experience that steers customers towards making a purchase.
Diligently following up with clients, ensuring satisfaction, and cultivating relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Creatively marketing to outside prospects, utilizing social media, local events, and personal networks to expand our reach and drive sales.
What Drives You Towards Success:
Recent college graduates with degrees in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields, demonstrating a keen interest in automotive sales.
Similar work experience or internships in sales, customer service, or marketing roles, showcasing your ability to connect and succeed.
Exceptional communication skills, a natural flair for persuasion, and a genuine personality that builds trust and rapport.
A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset, with the discipline to make 100+ calls a day and the creativity to market effectively to new prospects.
A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and an enthusiasm for cars and driving.
