As a Front Desk Concierge at Salon Nuuvo, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing exceptional customer service to our esteemed guests.

Your daily tasks will include:

-Maintaining a superior guest experience

-Maintaining/organization of lobby and reception area

-Haircare line/ retail knowledge and sales

-Guest relations

-Answering high volume calls & schedule guest experiences

-Supporting our team of Hair Stylists

-Checking-in and checking out guests using Salon POS.

-Being the "first face" that greets our Guests, a Salon Nuuvo brand ambassador.

-Weekly/Monthly Inventory counts

-Team collaboration to ensure a cohesive and positive salon environment, where everyone is supported and motivated to excel.

Qualifications:

-Reliable & punctual

-Quick-thinking and resourceful

-Confidence with speaking over the phone, and under pressure

-Mature, tactful and know how to make a good experience great.

-Works well under pressure

-Exceptional communication skills

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

-A passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer service

-Previous experience in a luxury salon setting is preferred

-Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

-Familiarity with Meevo booking software is a major plus
