Im a lash artist working part time and looking to share my studio. The room is currently set up for lashes and waxing. There is no sink in the room but there is a bathroom immediately next door.
The room will be available on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday after 2pm and all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I'm asking $500/month. Utilities are included. A/C in unit. There is a fridge/kitchen area nearby for your use and coded bathrooms.
I am clean, organized and respectful of others belongings and I would like the same. I would like month to month to start and if we are a good match then we can move forward into a long term rental.
