We have a room for rent in our day spa. 9x11. $1,300 month to month lease. $1,300 deposit. & 60 day notice upon leaving. There is 6 estheticians in house. The room was rented to a massage therapist who is leaving. We have a retail front and a back relaxation room. With tea and water for guest. A break room for staff with its own bathroom and clients have their own bathroom. We have laundry unit available for use on your set scheduled day so you don’t have to take home linens.
