The Help Desk Support - Level I reports directly to the Director of IT and Software Engineering.

Summary:

As the Help Desk Support I, you will be tasked with maintaining the flow of day-to-day IT operations within the office.

Help Desk:

• Take the lead on Help Desk Tickets.

• Provide on-site Desktop, Laptop, Phone support

• Installs PCs, Macs, LANs, cabling, and software (Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OS X)

• Help manage antivirus deployments and remove Viruses, Trojans, Malware, Spyware, PUPS

• Maintain Exchange Accounts (auditing, deleting, and creating)

• Update workstation software (Flash, Java, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

Required:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Experience with Office365 is a plus.

Schedule:

• 20 hours/week. M-F 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
