The Help Desk Support - Level I reports directly to the Director of IT and Software Engineering.
Summary:
As the Help Desk Support I, you will be tasked with maintaining the flow of day-to-day IT operations within the office.
Help Desk:
⢠Take the lead on Help Desk Tickets.
⢠Provide on-site Desktop, Laptop, Phone support
⢠Installs PCs, Macs, LANs, cabling, and software (Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OS X)
⢠Help manage antivirus deployments and remove Viruses, Trojans, Malware, Spyware, PUPS
⢠Maintain Exchange Accounts (auditing, deleting, and creating)
⢠Update workstation software (Flash, Java, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
Required:
⢠Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
⢠Experience with Office365 is a plus.
Schedule:
⢠20 hours/week. M-F 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
