Star Automotive Newbury Park Seeking Experienced and Effective Service Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Provide thorough and accurate diagnostics and high quality repair services
Manage repair duties effectively, clearly communicating diagnostics and repair actions to management
Explain vehicle diagnoses and maintenance recommendations to management
Complete all necessary repairs and services with excellence and a "no come backs" mentality
Work together with management and peers to deliver excellent service and maximized revenue
Assist in scheduling and confirming customer appointments
Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and high-energy work ethic
Efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as an Automotive Technician is required
Strong automotive knowledge and technical skills
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to maintain 5 star customer satisfaction results
Energetic and able to thrive in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to utilize current diagnostic and testing equipment
High energy
Positive attitude
Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
Experience with repair management software
Certifications are a major plus
