As a Service Writer your primary responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers and gather detailed information about vehicle issues.
Input customer information and service items.
Communicate customer needs to technicians effectively.
Create service estimates by determining labor, materials, and supplies required.
Sell necessary repairs and services based on customer needs and technician recommendations.
Billing customers and managing service transactions.
Responding to customer inquiries and maintaining communication throughout the service process.
Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required.
Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred.
