The Project Manager will be assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to use their experience in project management and contribute to the success of our organization. Responsibilities:
Own project coordination and issue resolution throughout its entire lifecycle.
Collaborate with Sales, Production, Quality Control, and other company departments to deliver best in industry customer service and premier product quality.
Identify improvement opportunities to streamline scheduling processes and enhance the customer experience.
Be a single point of contact for our installers.
Schedule installation and repair appointments with internal and external roofing crews.
Ensure material ordering, permits, inspections, and other required project aspects are scheduled or rescheduled based on business and/or customer needs.
Optimize schedule to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Track and maintain accurate records of all installs and repair jobs.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED
1+ years of construction project management experience
Bilingual in Spanish/English
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
