Growing high-end custom cabinet shop located in Santa Paula is hiring a full-time shop and install employee. Drug test and background check required. Must have reliable transportation, valid CA driver’s license and references.
Preferred 5+ years of custom cabinetry experience, but we are willing to train the right person.

Must be able to communicate respectfully and effectively.
Must be able to work independently and efficiently.
Must be able to easily lift 50+ pounds - lots of heavy lifting required.
Must adhere to all safety regulations.
Work requires use of machinery, power tools, hand tools, walking, standing, bending, working on ladders, and lots of heavy lifting/carrying.
Duties include shop cleaning & organizing, loading/unloading trucks, stacking lumber, milling, cutting out, sanding, assembling, installing cabinets, installing hardware/handles, finish carpentry, and job site clean up.
Schedule is 8:30am-5:00pm M-F.
