Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance on residential HVAC systems
Repair and diagnose various types of HVAC equipment
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service
Job Requirements:
Completion of an HVAC training program
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
Ability to pass background checks
Preferred Qualifications:
NATE / EPA certification (a plus but not required)
