Must have experience in subfloor prep, WOOD installation and stair work. We do very little vinyl and laminate. Sanding and refinishing experience beneficial. Full time work mostly in Ventura County. Competitive hourly pay to start based on quality of work. Open to subcontracting work if applicant has a valid contractor's license and active worker's comp policy.
