Residential HVAC Lead Technician - 2+ Years Experience Required (Thousand Oaks)
We are The Comfort Heroes, a trusted residential HVAC company based in Thousand Oaks, and we're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Lead Technician to join our team!
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills.
Leadership capabilities to oversee projects and mentor junior technicians.
Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities:
Lead residential HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
Provide exceptional customer service and explain HVAC issues and solutions to homeowners.
Manage and assist with projects, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Train and mentor junior techs to help them develop their skills.
