LOOKING FOR A TRUELY SKILLED JOURNEYMAN CARPENTER/WORKING FOREMAN TO CONSTRUCT HIGH QUALITY DECKS AND LEAD A CREW LOCALLY IN VENTURA COUNTY.
MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS JOURNEYMAN CARPENTRY LEVEL EXPERIENCE WHO HAS ATTENTION TO DETAIL! (required).
Must be able to read blueprints (required)
Must have a vehicle and a VALID Driver’s License (required)
Must be able to pass a drug test (required).
Must have a can-do attitude.
Must have good leadership and communication skills to lead a crew and speak to customers professionally, and represent a good company image.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must know how to make complex cuts with a miter saw.
Must know and demonstrate how to build stair stringers.
Must be proactive and able to be left alone on a jobsite.

Pay is negotiable based on proven solid experience; we are looking for someone long-term.
