About Us:
Kaiser Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal, Inc. - A non-union, multi-divisional HVAC and Architectural Sheet Metal construction company located in Oxnard, CA. We house an integral 14,000 SqFt full-service sheet metal fabrication shop and have been in business for 40+ years. Our projects consist of, but are not limited to, custom homes, multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial projects within Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties. We are hiring for current and future projects, specifically for the Architectural Sheet Metal Division.

Job Summary:
General Sheet Metal Flashing on Commercial, Multi-Family, and Residential Projects
Metal Roofing and Wall Panels on Commercial, Multi-Family, and Residential Projects
Rain Gutter and Downspouts on Commercial, Multi-Family, and Residential Projects
Prevailing Wage projects as available
Job Requirements:
Previous Construction experience and knowledge not required, but preferred
Ability to work with hand and power tools
Physically able to complete an 8-hour day on a construction jobsite
Physically able to work on steep-pitched roofs
Physically able to climb ladders and work on scaffolding
Physically able to lift 50lbs repetitively
Must be able to communicate in English
Must be able to commute to and from our office or jobsites
Valid CA Driver's License is not required, but preferred
OSHA and CPR certs are not required
Forklift and Manlift operation certs are not required
