Cornerstone Landscapes is an established Santa Barbara-based landscape company offering a foreman position. Applicants must have at least 10 years experience in landscaping and construction.
Compensation: Hourly depending upon experience
Employment type: full-time
Applicants must have skill and experience in the following:
Leadership and communication skills
Crew Supervision
Semi bilingual -English/Spanish
Plan/Blueprint Reading
Concrete, block and stone masonry
Plant ID and Installation
Irrigation and Drainage
Carpentry
Heavy and small equipment operation experience preferred
Some Plumbing and Electrical preferred but not required
Good physical condition with an ability to lift 40 lbs
Ability to drive truck and trailer
We are looking for an individual able to communicate in English/Spanish on the job, have reliable truck and tools, be self motivated and with good organizational skills.
