Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic IIICompany Location: OxnardPay: $24-30+ /hrSkill Required:Must have 4+ years of mechanical maintenance and electrical maintenance experienceAbility to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, install, and perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipmentMust have experience with PLCs and VFDsMust have worked with up to 480vMust have own toolsShift: Monday-Saturday3x 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm2 x 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am)Saturdays are mandatoryThere may be 2-4 hours of OT a couple times per week.Will train 3-6 months on 1st shiftJob Duties:Work with little to no supervision to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, install, and perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipmentMachines IncludeCNC band sawsPress MachinesFurnacesHeat treatment machines (liquid, dryers)Mill machinesTrouble shooting electrical problems on a variety of industrial hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.Working off mechanical and electrical schematics.Move heavy machine parts with the aid of hoists or rollers.Performing step up/step downs.Work Environment: This is a massive heavy industrial manufacturing environment with the following machines3 hydraulics presses5 mechanical pressesThe presses range from 1,500-5000 tons of pressure8 straightening, trim presses20 furnaces (900-1000 degrees)7-8 different CNC saws4 sub electrical sub stations1 acid rinse/etching machine2300v total coming into building.Total of 16 maintenance technicians.
